The search is on for a future National PTA Reflections program theme!
National PTA’s Reflections program has helped students explore their own thoughts, feelings and ideas, develop artistic literacy, increase confidence and find a love for learning that will help them become more successful in school and in life.
Each year, over 300,000 students in Pre-K through Grade 12 create original works of art in response to the student-selected theme. In response to this theme, students create works of art in one or all the available arts categories: Dance Choreography, Film Production, Literature, Music Composition, Photography, Visual Arts.
Every year, National PTA hosts an annual Reflections Theme Search Contest to select one student theme to inspire student artists as they participate in the national Reflections program. Themes are selected two years in advance. Students can participate in the Reflections Theme Search Contest according to the process and guidelines outlined by the Reflections Program. Submit your student’s theme by November 1st, 2023 by emailing entry forms to reflections@floridapta.org.
The student who submits the winning entry will receive $100 prize from National PTA.
Past themes and duplicate submissions are not considered. This means they are looking for the most original theme ideas. For a list of past themes, please click here.

*Please note: Your local PTA unit must be in compliance with Florida PTA before your theme search idea can be forwarded to National PTA for consideration.
